PC-Based Transcription System
The Sony WAVPedal system allows transcriptionists to play back WAV format audio recordings on their PC while they transcribe documents into their word processing software.
On-screen controls in the Digital Voice Editor application allow users to increase or decrease the playback speed, while the three-function footpedal controls Play/Pause, Rewind and Fast Forward functions.
The WAVPedal can work with any 8-bit or 16-bit WAV audio file, MSV and DVF recordings from the Sony family of digital recorders and MP3 recordings.
